Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship within the Netherlands only.

Delivery times: Orders are generally delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We offer multiple shipping options — rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Carrier: We ship with PostNL.

Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
