Shipping policy
Where we ship: We ship within the Netherlands and EU.
Domestic shipping (NL): We ship all orders within the Netherlands via PostNL. Orders are processed within 1 business day (orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day). Delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
EU shipping: We ship to all European Union countries via PostNL. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Nearby countries (DE, FR, DK, AT): 2–4 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–8 business days
Customs & duties: As we ship from the Netherlands within the EU, no customs duties apply to EU orders.
Delivery times: Orders are generally delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. A tracking link will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Carrier: We ship with PostNL.
Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
